This was a gift for my wife’s office. She loves it. Works great.

Build quality is great, I would recommend buying your own burn sticks. The one that comes with the product just smells like burned firewood. Nothing nice about smelling it. This dragon stick holder is beautiful crafted

So, it does the job pretty much as it should. However, there are a few things worth mentioning about it:The little orb at the bottom that diffuses the LED wasn't glued or secured onto the holder I received, causing me to have to fish the orb out of the trash when I dumped the ash off of it and it fell off.The material this is made out of seems to heat up really easily, and was close to being able to burn my fingers after burning one backflow cone if I touched it more than halfway up the statue.There are several spots that will be difficult to clean, as the LED prevents the statue from being submerged in water and it'll take a decent amount of elbow grease to get the residue off of everything.

The media could not be loaded. Love how it flows down and pools at the bottom. The cones don't last long but the smell lingers a long time. Let it set for a while after it quits burning. It is still hot in the middle and the bottom might still be burning some. Well worth the money. My neighbor seen it and had to order him one.

The media could not be loaded. The incense burner itself is very pretty and it works as described. Only thing I don’t like is the smell of the included cones. They do not smell good. The bags they come in are beautiful and the stick insence is fine. I just suggest buying higher quality cones to go with it!

I found it odd that it did not come in a package with a picture on it. Instead, just your normal brown packaging with shipping label on it. It made it kind of weird as a wrapped gift for Christmas in that aspect. Other than that, I like it.

The media could not be loaded. I caught it on sale and didn’t think it would work that well but I was wrong. It works great and relaxing to watch and the only problem is the sticks and hard to get out after the burn down but otherwise it’s a good buy.

Bought This As A Gift. The Battery Is A Button Cell Battery. The Quality If Pretty Good. However, Once You Start Burning Cones In It, The Soot Builds Up Really Fast On This Material And It Is Very Difficult To Clean.
