Flexcut Carving Tools, Right-Handed Scorp Set, 4 Razor-Sharp

Fairly nice set of knives. You have to keep them sharp. It is essential you have a leather strop for up keep and really learn how to use it. I haven't ever used other brands so I can't compare to those, but these cost less than some I looked at.

I just love these knives! Ideal for hollowing out those areas that are just unreachable with straight knives.

A friend recommended this set to me after I saw him using his...so I ordered one. Very pleased with it! As usual, the tools from Flexcut come sharpened well from the factory. Quality and finish is excellent and I would highly recommend this set to any woodcarver. I wish that Flexcut would also make a larger and smaller set and maybe a 'left' hand model also...certainly would purchase them if they did. Kenn

I initially began searching for small scorps over two years ago. I tried Amazon, and other nationally known wood carving manufacturers, including Flexcut’s own website. Then I broadened my search to include European manufacturers, but was unsuccessful. I even asked a local blacksmith if he could make one for me, but was disappointed when he said no. Finally, two years later, to my total surprise and joy, I found them here. They are ergonomically designed to fit comfortably in my hand. I plan to buy the left hand set after saving my money.
