The new Fasen deck comes in at 2.5 lbs making it one of the lightest decks on the market. It's a fully integrated deck with a one piece 3D Forged head tube and made from 7000 Series Aluminum. This is also a first on the market with no other scooter manufacturer using this level of aluminum in their deck or forging. The deck is 4.40 inches wide and 19.88 inches long. It uses a twin integrated rail system that gives two surfaces to slide on. Meaning, when sliding on a rough surface you have less chance of "catching an edge" and getting bucked off. The deck comes with a high quality bolt on flex brake, high tensile strength rear axle, and machined wheel spacers. There is a full print graphic on the bottom and two other graphics on the 3D Forged head tube.
