Small, but mighty
This is a very effective way to reduce a large pill to a fine powder with fairly little effort. I process two pills at the same time which weigh 3g in total - they're both the physically largest pills I've ever needed to take, hence the need to grind them down. The shaped grinding area has no trouble greaking the pills down - although I struggled to break these pills in two with my fingers while I was struggling to take them normaly. Once the pill(s) are loaded into the grinder it takes several turns of the top half of the unit, while holding the bottom half still,. to produce the final version.

Does the job
Does the job but needs to be completely dry to produce powder. Needs quite a lot of turning to crush the pill and tilting is essential while crushing.

Failed after 2 months
Unfortunately the unit disintegrated after a couple of months use, crushing 1 pill a day, up to then it worked well

Works ok
Be conscious that you must really give the pill crusher a good shake to knock out any remaining tablet debris before attempting to crush the next as bit get caught. Be sure to check the last tablet was entirely crushed and dispersed as its easy to think that you have crushed it all when sometimes the tablet is stuck half way down and it just needs a jiggle. It does take quite a bit of wrist power so if you do have a bit of arthritis in your wrists, this may not be for you.

Près de 10 médicaments broyés tout les jours depuis 15 jours maintenant. Je l'ai acheté pour un usage quotidien pour quelqu'un qui n'aime pas prendre les médicaments, soit parce qu'ils sont trop nombreux, trop gros et/ou parce qu'ils ont mauvais goûts. C'est un appareil qui broie très finement, qui du coup facilite le mélange des médicaments dans la nourriture. Manuel, il très facile à utiliser et demande peu d'effort. Aucune critique négative à faire pour ma part.
