Why is size chart wrong?

I wear size 9, but ordered 10 because many comments say shoes/slippers run small. I would have been happy with size 11. They are comfortable. They are ugly, but cool.

What kind of packaging does it come with?

They come in a box that is 100% recyclable.

Are these pretty minimalistic when it comes to insert/sole/arch support? I like a pretty flat flip-flop/sandal and not much cushion.

Yes, they are much like a flip-flop ... very light & not much cushion.
