EZ Melts Dissolvable Multivitamin & Iron, 60 Tablets, Tropical Cherry

Bought these since my doctor wanted me to take a multi-vitamin with iron for women over 50. I had purchased a regular bottle of vitamins and could not swallow them...they were like horse pills and I discarded them. Then, I found these and they are perfect. For anyone who absolutely cannot swallow pills, these are great. I like the taste, and simply put in my mouth with some water and chew on them. They dissolve quickly and do the job without having to choke on pills. I highly recommend them.

I have left a similar review for this brand's D3 vitamin. I take pantoprazol (stomach acid reducer) and as many of you may know, if you take certain medications it can make it harder for your stomach to absorb certain vitamins. I have a sensitive stomach so taking big vitamin pills makes me nauseous over time and it's exhausting taking pills everyday. The taste is slightly tart but sweet and goes away fast. It doesn't get tiring to taste or take. They are easy to chew or let melt. I tried both methods to see if it would make a difference in results and either method will work. I wanted to supplement more iron in my diet and this does the trick while keeping my other vitamin levels balanced. Taking pill forms with iron made me constipated and nauseous. This did not cause any of that and I so happy!

I bought this multivitamin after having such a good experience with the EZ Melts B-complex. Like the B-complex, these taste good and don't have that awful vitamin smell or strong vitamin aftertaste.I've been taking them for about two weeks. 2 chews a day is perfect - I take one with breakfast and the other with lunch. I did discover that they can make my stomach a little queasy if I haven't eaten enough, so I would definitely recommend taking them with food. As long as I do that, I've been happy with them.It's really nice to find a multivitamin that doesn't make taking vitamins feel like a punishment!

Easy to swallow and taste good

Wish there were other flavors. The cherry taste is OK. I do love these vitamins. I'm glad they kept it all 100%. I didn't wants high percents on my vitamins. I love how they just dissolve in your mouth. A little pricey but I'll be buying these again.

Not a fan of dissolving anything, but these can be swallowed like normal pills. Love that they have no iron and a reasonable amount of B vitamins that doesn't give me neuropathy. As a college student in a mass gaining, body building diet, I Love it and will be buying again.

A decent tasting vitamin. Peachy with a bit of a bitter aftertaste; not a bid deal.Have been using for only a month; will update after a few month’s use.Like the amount of vitamins and minerals it contains, allowed me to eliminate having to buy extra bottles of individual vitamins.A bit expensive, but elimination of supplementing vitamins justifies the expense.
