He comprado estos protectores para pezones para cubrirlos cuando salgo a correr. Cuando realizo tiradas largas suelen aparecerme heridas y acabo sangrando. Con estos protectores, por el momento, estoy muy contento y he encontrado una solución eficaz. En el paquete vienen 15 pares. El protector cubre el pezon y se queda adherido a el. Por el momento el sudor no los despega y he llegado hacer hasta 20km con ellos sin que se despeguen. Al ponerlos tiene que tener cuidado de que la zona esté limpia y sin bello. Yo compré la talla regular y para que os hagáis una idea son de grandes como una moneda de 20 céntimos. Buena compra y recomendable…👍

Expensive, but they work. I run and sometimes jump in the sea after and they stay on. Sometimes I even forget to take them off, have a shower, go to bed and they're still on the next day.

I ran a marathon, and they stay, you never notice them i had to check if i didn't lose them because you don't feel them, I recommend them very much for runners!
