Having just become really into callisthenics after years of weightlifting one of the things I notice was that you need a few bits and bobs to get a great workout including pull up bars, paralettes and trx type of setup to do rows and flyes (I used gym handles and some 550 paracord), the problem was always finding somewhere to use them, often I’d take the park with my kids and throw them over a low branch for pull-ups or playground equipment or over my outside pull up bars. But frankly I sometime hate having to go outside in the rain and I saw one of these door anchors somewhere and got it off slim panda. It came with the usual Amazon speediness and the first time I tried it I did wonder why I took so long to find out about it and why they aren’t more popular. The whole range of trx type of callisthenic work is at your disposal on any door, at home, workplace or on holiday (they’ll def be coming on holidays with me); flyes, pistol squats, all angles of rows and pulls. I was rather tentative about putting weight on the door but it completely holds my weight- just make sure there’s no one to simply open the door from the other side! You’ll find comfort in the fact the room behind the door is empty. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this, for something so inexpensive it provide incredible range. Great company too.

Great product and use it every day

If you’re doing exercises/physio work at home this does the trick. Put it over your door, close it and put your elastic band through it - job done! Brilliant 🤩

Received quickly and in good condition. Some reviews state that it does not support heavy weight but I don't think it's meant to. I use it with light weights & elastic and it works fine, so suits my needs.If needed, I'll by another one.

It's been hard for me to get into workout routine at home because I am so used to the gym but the addition of the Slim Panda Door Anchor has been great. I have since been able to expand upon my exercise routine with this product. It is sturdy and well built. It doesn't leave any marks on my doors and can hold a good amount of weight when I am using my resistance bands for pull downs, crunches etc.I would recommend this product.

I needed a door anchor for my resistance set. Unfortunately only after a handful of uses, it’s become frayed and the middle cracked. Also it damaged the wood frame of my door. The pressure causes the frame to become dented and marked. Be careful when using on a wood frame door.
