I haven't cured it or cooked with it yet, but I must say just from taking it out of the box, this is a really beautiful cazuela. I wanted to find one (lead free) to cook with after a trip to Mexico learning about traditional & pre-hispanic recipes. This was EXACTLY what I was hoping for. Thanks!

I have been wanting a cazuela for a very long time this one seems to have an issue with the glaze and oil will drip through onto the burner and create a huge mess. Been using my mother and grandmother's cazuela for many years and I've never seen anything like this.
