Aún siendo de contextura delgada (ectomorfo) he ganado 3 kilos y medio en un mes, pero obviamente es necesario contar los macronutroentes y usar el suplemento como restante, por ejemplo si tienes q consumir 3000 calorías diarias, puedes consumir 2000 y el resto con el suplemento. Consumiendo 1000 calorías con el suplemento requiere que compres 2 sacos de 7 kilos, pero en mi caso compré uno para hacer un micro ciclo de 2 semanas de bulking (con el suplemento) y uno micro de 2 semanas de cutting (sin el suplemento), consumiendo igualmente 3000 calorías pero sin el suplemento e igualmente funcionó, supongo q sin el suplemento hubiera subido sólo un kilo. Más allá de la gran cantidad de calorías que el producto puede suministrarte hay que tomar en cuenta la cantidad de beneficios nutricionales que le aporta al cuerpo, incluyendo vitaminas. Lo recomiendo!
