I bought this dress off a whim because i saw it was on sale and i could not be more pleased. I am usually an A-line, fit-and-flare type of girl but dress may be the one to bring me out of my comfort zone. It is flattering in all the right places and the high neck, thicker straps still flatter my broader shoulders. The sides can be cinched as high as the bottom of your bottom and as low as the top of your knees for a more for a more formal look. I would say the mid-thigh cinch can still be very flattering and formal. CONS: The string to cinch! I love how versatile the dress can be but the strings are sooo long and it can’t be tucked anywhere. When I cinch it to my mid thigh, the strings end up below my knees which is not the look i’m going for. I am going to try to find a way to tuck in the strings though because the dress is cute. Another con which is not too much of a con: I bought this dress is brown and beige. The brown appears to be more made of polyester and spandex as the material is smooth and slightly shiny. The beige appears to be more of a cotton material and a similar texture as a ribbed tank top. I do prefer the brown because it can be more flattering but still casual while the beige appears more comfy, casual due to the material. I love both but I think I will be returning the beige simply because of the material. If a body con dress is not your usual style but you are willing to try something loose, fitting, and flattering, try this dress!

This is described as a dress; however, I prefer it as a tunic over leggings. The drawstrings allow me to customize the length, so I adjust them to fit more like a long top (for reference, I’m 5’9” and purchased a small). It is definitely long enough to wear as a minidress or beach cover up too, so super versatile. The material is good quality, stretchy, light weight but not sheer, so no tank required. It fits body con style, but the ruching that happens when you pull up the drawstrings is very forgiving. I highly recommend and will purchase more colors.

So not only have I purchased this, but I know and follow SEVERAL amazon associates who have recommended it. Overall- YES it is a quality dress. The fabric and the quality are truly good- its thick/not sheer, even though I ordered the lighter tan color. That being said, it comes much larger than expected, and definitely does not HUG your curves if you are on the thinner side. I unfortunately look relatively boxy in it. I decided to keep it because it is easy and will be great in the Texas heat this summer- but I technically wouldn't recommend to anyone that is more along my size. I am 5"5-120 lbs, measurements are 36-25-36 and I typically order the smallest available size. I ordered the SMALL in the LIGHTER TAN color.

I bought this dress in the beige color probably 2 years ago and it was still one of my favorites so I found it again and reordered the black. It fits TTS, it’s fitted but still very stretchy so I’d even go as far as saying you could size down if you wanted it very fitted. If you have a tummy, it conceals it really well. I love that the strings can make it longer or shorter. One of my favorite outfits to pair with a Jean jacket and look super cute but still casual and simple!

I am plus sized, usually wear a 1X. I ordered the X-Large with my fingers crossed. It fit super well! It's a very flattering dress and very comfortable as well, as the fabric is cool and stretchy. I love also that you can adjust the length to your liking. However, it came with a stain on the very front, right where it's most visible (chest area). I think it was the dye for the cloth possibly, as it was a much darker shade of the dress color. But I didn't have time to exchange it as it was for a costume I was wearing the next day. I knocked my rating down for poor quality control since the stain was very visible and shipping a stained dress would be easily avoidable.

This dress is A-mazing! The fabric is so soft and silky but also has structure and because the sides are rouched, I can adjust it to the perfect length which means alot when you're only 5'1. The rouching allows me to control the amount of fabric gathered in the tummy and behind areas so if I'm feeling a little bloated (from my perspective) that day, I can disguise it! And because I'm short, there's alot of excess length to the side ties so I adjusted the dress to my desired length, tied a small knot where I wanted each tie to end making sure I allowed enough length to tie a bow on each side of the dress and then snipped off the excess fabric just below the knot I created leaving a 1/8 of an inch of fabric just below the knot. By doing so, the tie is left with a raw edge that may fray over time and because this dress is made up of synthetic fabric I can prevent this from happening by using a lighter to slowly but swiftly run a small flame just below the fabric on each tie to meld the fibers together and wahlah, no chance of frayed fibers happening. To sum it all up, I LOVE the dress and plan on purchasing at least 2 more in the Army Green and the Brown because this style dress can also be worn in the Fall & Spring months with a basic or colored denim jacket and a cute pair of boots or booties!

I love how this dress looks and feels. It is very versatile and can be worn for numerous occasions. You can make it as short or as long as you want by pulling on the strings. I did not like how long the strings were so I tied them up. I ordered a size small and it fit well. For reference I am 5'5", 115 lbs, size 32B chest. If there was an option of XS, I probably could have gotten that, but the small works just fine. Plenty of stretch. It could be used during pregnancy if desired. I got this dress in the brown color. I am not normally a fan of browns but decided to branch out of my comfort zone and I am glad that I did because I feel like this color is flattering with my summer tan! I would definitely buy this dress again in more colors!

It came in a thin plastic bag, not even any Amazon package or sleeve to cover. Disappointed with that; being that it’s just out for everyone to see and decide to steal.. but -SO FAR- that’s the only downfall. Thick, not sheer ribbed material, cute neckline, coverage you can control, hugs but in all the right places! Im 5’6”, just under 160 the last time I weighed myself (last week). Im VERY self conscious about my pooch, it and my all around muffin top, having grown bigger in the last couple years. ANYWAY, I digress.. it still slightly shows all curves but doesn’t overly accentuate the flaws bc the ruche is a nice touch! Love it! Ordered a medium but PROBABLY could’ve gotten away with a small bc of the stretch! Bought it for the country concerts this summer (as you can tell by the boot). Ignore the judgemental bun bun. Her name is Blueberry and she’s a demon child.
