If you are on the fence like me, wondering if you should give this lesser known brand a chance, just give it a try. You won’t regret it.I say so because this has quickly become an essential product in my skincare routine. I shower everyday out of force of habit, I have dry skin and frizzy hair. I live in a desert. I used to live by the sea where there was ample humidity. Now living in the desert has made me favor curl creams and leave in conditioners to tame my otherwise, staticky frizzy hair. My dry skin did not want to calm down and behave despite trying palmers cocoa butter lotion, which was my go-to holy grail product that worked wonders for my skin type in FL. I have found that, any lotion with silicones in it dries out my skin and it’s actually best to avoid silicone containing products as it prevents the moisture from going in and once the dry air sucks the moisture out of my skin, it just feels lifeless and so very dry and itchy as though I never took care of it, this is in spite of using warm water to shower and an ultra gentle moisturizing body wash by cetaphil. I have dry elbows, a itchy and dry back, dry heels, feet and knees that feel stripped when I step out of the shower and use any type of soap. I was in the habit of using the extra moisturizing la roche posay intense skin moisturizer with niacinamide. I’ve finished 4 full bottles since moving to Arizona. Each bottle is priced at 19.99$ plus tax. I barely reach for my ex holy grail product - palmers cocoa butter lotion because it just doesn’t work for me anymore since moving to Arizona. I’ve been very worried about the worsening state of my cracked, dry heels. I’ve been considering slathering on some petrolatum and covering my feet with wool socks overnight despite how hot it feels in this weather. It seemed as though that was the only thing that would leave me with softer and seemingly more moisturized heels in the mornings… until I started experimenting with Shea butter. I even used Shea butter on my arm pits and sensitive areas after I shaved to moisturize the area. She’s butter is great because it’s the least comedogenic. It doesn’t leave my skin feeling oily. If I apply too much, I can just wipe it off. I trusted it so much that I have even used Shea butter on my face without breaking out in acne. Although shea butter is not my curl cream of choice, I tried using it on wet hair and got defined waves. I used to apply a thin layer of Shea butter over sunscreen when the weather was especially dry. My skincare regimen after bath time used to include 3 products for added moisture, which took forever to apply. I used a lotion, a oil or a second lotion and then pure Shea butter towards the last. This was hard to do follow every morning and I got lazy since I had so much on my plate. I found that Shea butter is hard to apply by itself as it solidifies at room temperature and I had to dig out smaller blobs of butter and slap it onto my palms and vigorously rub the clump of butter between my palms till it liquefied and then smooth the liquid onto my skin. Pure Shea butter is not easily spreadable but the results that I obtained from it were very good. I looked for a butter that had lots of oils in it and had moisturizing properties. My first choice was a cheesy sort of whipped body butter. Amazon recommended this product to me and I had no idea how great it was! The reviews do not do it justice.I’ve been on the lookout for a natural body butter without chemicals and something that didn’t characteristically smell like Shea butter. I’ve been partial to lavender scents lately and that’s when I decided to give this brand a try.This is a pure 100% Shea butter product that has a smoother consistency due to the incorporation of lavender essential oil. This is very quickly going to replace all other body lotions and creams I’ve bought. It applies very well. Comparing it to pure Shea butter, this is a godsend.To the founder:Please create more scents. Perhaps variants with rose oil, bergamot essential oil, jasmine and geraniums oils. Lavender is great. I’ll be buying the eucalyptus variant as well but both of these are catered towards men. You don’t have a feminine scent in this collection yet. The combination I’ve provided above will simply be to die for.

Okay! I am a Shea connoisseur! I even named one of my children Shea! And THIS right here is an absolutely wonderful Shea Butter! For the past seven years, I have been paying $40 for the exact same size of whipped Shea butter…DeSalu, where have you been all my life? The eucalyptus scent is my favorite. Amazing, this Shea butter doesn’t have that underlying Coco butter smell. I don’t usually leave reviews unless the product is absolutely amazing and not only is the price point phenomenal but the Shea butter it’s self is superior! It goes on smooth. It doesn’t stain in your clothes. I will be 59 this month and I’ve always been told I have wonderful skin and I attribute it to Shea butter. If you are looking for a whipped but still dense, creamy Shea butter, that smells delicious, this is the one! Happy Skin! Peace✌🏽 🦋💜🦋

This is truly pure shea butter. It is a heavy consistency. I take my fingers and rub them over the surface to warm it and soften it. It makes my skin ultra smooth. Takes a bit more time to apply. You don't just slap it on, but the effort is worth it. The lavender scent is very nice. It is also worth using knowing that the company supports getting personal care products to girls and women in Africa. I am happy to support them too.

I've noticed several complaints that the product is dry and grainy, which yes it is. Hence why I have given it 4 stars. Regardless of the texture, this product is quite stellar. The formula itself is gold when it comes to psoriasis and just dry, cracked skin. It soaks right in and leaves my skin feeling so, so soft!! Its only been 3 days, and I know I will be purchasing more in the future. Clean ingredients, pure oils and butters, couldn't ask for anything better.This product did arrive as if it melted and resolidified. It does contain coconut oil and shea butter so as it melted, the oils separated and hardened. The grittiness goes away quickly as you rub the butter in, which doesn't make it unusable though. All that is needed is a little bit of warmth. I was a little disappointed at first, as I was expecting something like a whipped body butter.Please don't be put off by the texture though. It's still works great and it's amazing for your skin!

Pretty decent shea butter but there are some flaws first the lavender scent it doesn't have much of a lavender scent they may have to use more scented oils in their product because I expect to smell lavender but I don't smell lavender other than that if you want moisturize hair and skin go ahead and purchase this product

I rarely leave reviews, but this one has earned it. Excellent moisturizer and oil blend. I can feel the love put into this. Vibrates much higher than the others, and my skin would agree...

I thoroughly enjoy this moisturizer. It was so soothing. I went through it rather quickly. Lol
