This cleaner is incredible. I got the gallon jug and fill a spray bottle with it to make it easier for everyday handling. A little bit goes a long way. I was hesitant to buy so much but you really don't need much to get the job done. I'm not crazy about the smell but it's not too artificial or overpowering. It's very subtle and does smell like fresh lime. In most cases it smells way better than whatever I'm cleaning up anyway. I originally got it to clean up accidents in the litterbox room after reading great reviews for that purpose. We have three cats, so we run into lots of hairballs, spit up, and urine accidents. It killed the awful cat pee smell (if you've been in a house with cats you are probably unfortunately familiar with that awful ammonia stench) and vomit smells. I have also used it as a diluted mopping solution on my wooden floors to get rid of the built up pet smells. I regularly mop with other solutions like Mr. Clean and Method but they only feel like they get the surface clean and there's always a residual faint pet odor. It's not the best product for finishing your floors because it leaves streaks, but it does get the extra stank out and plus it is not meant to be a mopping solution anyway. Sometimes I will mist it across my fabric sofa to freshen it up and there are no issues with that, but I'm sure it varies between sofa materials. Our sofa is very light beige, almost white, so sometimes we get food or pet stains. I wet a paper towel with this cleaner and totally saturate the spot. I will let it sit for about 30 minutes and then go over it with a handheld carpet and upholstery cleaner. It does a great job taking fresh stains out and will make a good dent in set-in stains. Much better than the upholstery cleaner alone! We also have a busy toddler. I was inspired to write this review because of today's accident. His sippy cup full of whole milk had a leak in it and it flooded the floor of his playpen. I caught it while it was wet and scrubbed it with dish detergent and then rinsed with upholstery cleaner. I thought it was good to go and let it air dry. Once it was finished drying though it had this awful rotten milk smell. I figured I may as well try the Biokleen because I had no other options. I just misted it on and in 30 minutes the smell was totally gone!! Overall, I'm extremely surprised and pleased with the quality of this product. I have used it on a variety of surfaces and fabrics (sealed hardwood, carpet, polyester, luxury vinyl, ceramic tile) with no issues. It is incredibly versatile and I'm going to keep looking for ways to utilize this more, perhaps on food stained clothing or to remove stubborn laundry odors.

I highly recommend this if you have pets. Works very well. Not only does it help eliminate pet odors but has a citrus clean scent that's not annoying to my asthma.

First of all, and a huge one for me, the smell is light, natural, and pleasant and disappears quickly. Dissolves bio stains extremely well while being very gentle on fabrics and rugs - any color. My house is 100yo with original hardwood floors and there have been a few cat pee accidents. This product absolutely eliminates the smell instantly and gets between the floor boards to get every bit of the residue.

This stuff is nothing short of a miracle! It removed pet stains that no other product even touched & we've tried lots of products! Super easy to use. You spray this on & you can literally watch the stain disappear! It has a really nice (not overpowering) scent too. We live in a log home & we pressure washed it which in hindsight, was not a good idea. We had leakage into the house & it left dark water stains that we could not get rid of. I decided to try this because we had nothing to lose. It worked on these stains too! Gone! I was shocked & super happy with this big win!! We will never be without this miracle in a bottle & you should not be either. Try it & a believer you'll be too!

This stuff helps pull smells and stains out

This is a great pet stain remover - I have tried several others that worked "okay". This stuff is so much better. I personally love the fragrance when first applied, but for those that might be sensitive, it does dissipate after a couple of hours. It removers the odor and all stain and residue. I have even used it on old stains and it worked on them as well. I was so happy to find it in the 64 oz bottle so now I can just refill my spray bottle - much more economical this way!

This was recommended to us by a professional carpet cleaner as a safe way to clean our carpet after our elderly cat's frequent vomiting and occasional peeing when we fail to clean his litter box quickly enough. We previously used Nature's Miracle, but this one is far more affordable and seems to do an equally good job at removing lingering scents and stains, if not better. It also was recommended to us because the carpet cleaner noticed light bleaching occurring where we had used the other product and he loved this brand for it's natural formula. The scent is quite pleasant too. As our cat ages, it seems like we need to order more and more, so I appreciate the large-sized jug this comes in and the refillable bottles and sets they offer.

Great stuff. We bought it to remove the stains. We use if for much more. We have throw carpets in the bathroom and bedrooms. We experimented with the idea of using this to prevent pets making a mess in advance. It works!
