V Gantry Plate Set V-Wheel for 2020 V-Type Aluminum Profile Wheels for 3D Printers and CNC

The plate has four corner holes in which the screws go. Pay attention to these as two holes are the same size as the screws, but two are slightly larger.Assembly instructions:1) Fit the bushing nuts (look like nuts with a bushing welded to the top) into the larger holes, pressing the bushing side into the plate.2) Then fit all four screws into the corner holes and add the two round bushings.3) Place the two brass washers on the screws going through the bushing nuts (see pictures).4) Add the pulley bearings (rubber pieces, which are two bearings with another brass washer between them, then pressed into rubber wheels) over the screws atop the bushings and washers.5) Secure the nuts onto the screws using a wrench and a 3mm hex key.6) Align the assembled pulley plate on the end of your 2020 Extruded bar and use gentle pressure to get wheels over the end.NOTE: Do not tighten the lock nuts on the two nut bearings as you may need to turn the nut bearings to allow them to seat on you bar correctly.I fit mine so that one of each bearing type is on each side of the bar, which fit better than when both bushing bearings were on one side and the both nut bearings on the other side.Good luck!

The different parts of this gantry plate seem to be good quality. They come with two eccentric axles, which is a big bonus. I ordered 7 of these and 5 are fine, but 2 of them had different bolts and are a hair tighter fit, nearly too tight (the plate slightly flexes). Once they are "broken in" I assume they will be a reasonable fit. The different type of bolts used was odd, but doesn't affect the product. Overall, I'm happy with them and they are a decent price.

To use this product on v-slot aluminum you have to disassemble the product completely then re-assemble it using different holes. There is no manual or guidance on this process, and given that it is titled as “v-slot” this is completely unacceptable. Ship the product with the correct configuration, document it (in clear English,) or stop trying to sell products with a lie.

These do not fit on 2020 aluminum extrusion. Even with the eccentric nuts as far as they can go they it didn’t fit.
