I have color-treated hair that needs more moisture, would i be better off using this or color protect? thanks!

I too have color-treated hair and after trying and using the color protect conditioner (orange color bottle), I will probably switch from Infused to Color protect shampoo in the near future.

Is this shampoo sulfate free?

Yes and also sodium chloride free.

Does the shampoo usually ship with the bottle being open? Theres glue residue around the cap but theres nothing keeping it secure.

The Keratherapy Keratin Infused Moisture Shampoo's bottle is shipped with the top very secure and sealed. It should NOT have glue residue around the top of the cap.
