I think they will fit if you have standard engine guards, we have them for our baggers for long trips. They adjust snug, but keep a supply of small black zip tied to keep the zippers closed

I have standard Harley crash guards on my 2017 Roadglide and they fit great. I would look up the part numbers/dimensions and see if the Softail and touring use same guards
