It has really helped me in the visceral area
I really tend to gain my weight in my hips and stomach (family trait) and African Mango Plus has helped me to curve my appetite while decreasing inches that eventually turned in to weight loss for me over a few weeks. I left the product on the shelf for a minute because I like quick results but found that with patience I would see results. After taking the product for just a week while small, I did start seeing the scale go down and a noticeable change in my appearance. I'm happy and will finish the bottle and order again. In a few months, I'll post a before and after photo. I did decrease my calories as well so I'm sure that's a factor too.

Turns you into a bitch
I bought 2 bottles and got off them after a week. It helped with hunger ill give it that. But I was noticing I became extremely irritated and annoyed by everything. This wasn't me at all. I felt like a ragging b*tch on it. I wouldn't recommend at all. I wasted 50 bucks and have an unopened bottle that's going in the trash.

Not proficient enough
Its really not bad it gives you a lot of energy but of course with all the caffeine but, it really doesn't help speed up metabolism.

0 to uber cranky in about a half hour
I had to stop taking it 2 days in because I was shaky and VERY irritable and if you knew me, you would know that is not a good thing...

good but a lot of sugar!!!
Good but too much caffeine!!!! It is like drinking 4 cans of Redbull. :S It makes you lose weight but even taking the last pill 8 hours before I am going to bed.. IT IS SUPERHARD for me to fall asleep.
