Good product but slow wake up
It’s great and looks really nice- the only downside is that if you don’t use it constantly it goes to sleep mode to save power, and when you wake it up by tapping a number it has to reconnect the Bluetooth and this process is slow. Maybe have to wait 5-10 seconds for it to reconnect before you can use it

Piece of Junk!
This item is a piece of junk! You have to hit a button to connect a couple of seconds before use and it does not stay on for a long period of time. After a month the num lock will not come on to be able to use at all.

Went out on me
Had it for a month, replaced the batteries and it still doesn’t turn on. I’d like my money back please.

Bluetooth connection inconsistent
I was initially pleased with this keypad because it is slim, light, and wireless. I bought it to replace a keypad which had a usb dongle that I lost. Initially it mostly worked. But I have had problems with the bluetooth connection. It is just too inconsistent. Very frustrating entering numbers on keypad which do not appear on laptop.
