Does this fir the Pyramid II EZ-up? Does it attach to the top with velcro?

I am not familiar with the Pyramid II. Our walls attach with loops onto the framework at the top. They are well above the roof of the EZ up so that rain does not come in.

true measurements 10x??? & how long to put up

not sure of true measurement, but 10x10 is close. I can put it up by myself in 5 to 7 minutes.

Do these work with the E-Z UP Envoy 10-Feet x 10-Feet Instant Shelter Canopy?

They work extremely well with the E-Z UP Canopy. I do a lot of outside markets and events and these walls have saved my art from the elements on several occasions! Definitely set up a few times in your driveway or backyard to test and get a feel for how they work before the day you actually need it cuz first time took me a bit even with easy directions! Highly recommend!

does this z up side walls include 4 walls and is there zippers?

Yes it includes walls for all 4 sides. The front has zipper so that it can be rolled to the sides to open the front.
