I did a lot of research on yoga mats from the very high-end to the cheapest ones and settled on this mat a while ago. This is a very solid mat and has enough area for an average person (under 6ft) to stretch out. It comes in a very nice carry bag and three straps to hold it together when rolled up. Being rubber material, dust does catch on the mat but it is very easy to brush off and clean as well. I did have a minor issue with my order on arrival but gxmmat customer service was amazing and fixed it quickly. The material is durable and we have not seen any issues over several months using it on a wooden floor. Highly recommend this product for regular everyday use.

This mat is soft and comfortable and compresses similar to memory foam. It is quite thin, however, but that is listed honestly in the product description. My mat measures just slightly short of 6' long and just over 4' wide, so it's approximately as advertised. My main problem is that the mat is shredding at the top layer from the pressure of my shoes while doing push-ups, burpees, mountain climbers, etc. You can see the damage in the photo; it's not gotten too bad yet but that's just a few days' use. I have had to move to putting my hands on the mat and my feet on the concrete floor so that the mat doesn't get damaged any more. This defeats the purpose of a workout mat in many ways, unfortunately. I think this mat would be good for barefoot yoga and stretching. It's not really a "gym" mat for doing functional exercises. For the price paid ($109), I don't feel I got a reasonable value.

I have had this mat for over a month and used it daily and sometimes more than once a day. CONS: The top of the mat isn't completely slip proof and while it is cushioned in comfort it is too soft. This make being in a kneeling position painful at times because it literally feels like your knee is on the hard floor. These were two of the main factors for buying this mat because i can't seem to find a mat that doesn't give in to the pressure. This one does. PROS: It's very large, durable, and great for meditative purposes. I usually lay flat when I meditate and this has been great for being able to lay flat in arm and legs spread out without touching the floor. I personally could have kept my money and purchased a mat that was more firm. Now I am looking for another mat because while this is large, if I have to pad it with my old yoga mat that was $20 bucks from Wal-Mart than I might as well just use the old yoga mat which was just the same as this one but just the regular small size. I need a firm mat that won't make me feel like I'm doing yoga on a hardwood floor.
