Shipping yankee candles is key. I have two that arrived melted and not usable. Expensive

Candle all melted to on side.
So before shipping the candle you people have not even bothered to check that it's all melted to one side and into the lid and can not be lit. Such a disappointment I've ordered a replacement and sent the fault candle back but not heard anything yet it's been days. Very very poor customer service. Zero response

Ich bin fanatischer Yankee Candle Fan. Diesmal bin ich schwer enttรคuscht, die Kerzen duften kaum, das ist in den vielen Jahren die sie bei mir daheim brennen noch nie vorgekommen. Fรผr die hohen Kosten die anfallen, darf das einfach nicht sein. French Vanilla muss duften, es sind immerhin Housewarmer Candles. โน๏ธ
