Priced well and sharp
A well built 6" boning knife from a reputable manufacturer. It is ergonomic , sharp and well priced. Have done a bunch of brisket and Boston butt trimming and it's hold an edge very well. Two friends of miine have ordered the same knife after seeing mine in action. If it's good enough for the The Bearded Butchers it good enough for me. I would buy again. (Note: the sheath is one I picked up from Amazon to protect the knife from the elements and to protect me from the knife)

great addition to knife collection
Selected this after reading reviews here and other kitchenware review sites. Good bang for the buck. I've used it once so far and I don't know why I waited so long to add to my kitchen. Cuts really well and the handle is comfortable.

Very good knife
