Came smushed up and without a string for the hat, but the bow tie was cute. It was a bit odd that the bow tie was adjusted by what seemed to be a bra strap.

I was very excited for this party hat and bow tie combo! However, this is what arrived! See pictures below!! The hat was TINY lop sided the ball ribbon on the bottom was un-even and the number ONE was LITERALLY almost off!!! Such poor quality! I shop on amazon daily and have never returned an item.. but this was very disappointing

Okay quality. Way smaller than expected. The hat is super tiny. Still really cute.

The cotton ball that was supposed to be on top wasn’t even on the top and was barely attached with what looked like it could’ve been elmers glue. I was disappointed.
