So far so good.
After using YouTube to figure out how to use it.Managing to avoid burning myself just, coffee taste fabulous.Trying to clean is fiddly but pretty easy.

Coffee-pot is great
The coffee-pot is great, just bear in mind 6 cup capacity is based on making espressos. You'll only get 1-2 UK mug sized cuppas, which suits me fine as I live alone .The milk frother needs batteries but there's no instructions which batteries are needed . I tried AA batteries and AAA batteries. They don't fit. Waiting to hear from supplier which batteries are needed.

Fuss free coffee percolator
This was purchased as a present for friends. They love it and use all the time now. The coffee is very drinkable and it is so much easier to clean than a cafetiere.....you just tap the grounds out into the bin in one go!I believe you need to use a live flame to boil the water. Our friends have a gas top oven and you just have to watch that you don't forget it and let it burn dry. We only have a halogen top but bought one for ourselves for when camping and use our small portable gas burner.Great product.

Great Coffee
Bought this after visiting friends, I am happy with the product and process for making coffee, I like the theatre of preparation and the distinctive flavour when making a brew this way.The milk frother was a bonus.

Faulty goods
Both the cafetiere and the frother were faulty. The cafetiere leaked and the frother did not work. No after sales service was forthcoming so I returned both for a full refund.

Didn't use it
Unfortunately the specs of paint or shreds/shards inside the pot wasn't rinsing off completely, didn't want to risk ingesting this. Begun the refund process but forgot I hadn't returned the item in time so it's my financial loss. I decided stainless steel was safer so I opted for Wayfair instead.

Bad pourer
Lots of drips when pouring, so I just hold my cup over the sink to save the bother of sending it back. This being the case, I wouldn’t buy it as a gift. Also, to all those complaining about the size, a cup means espresso cup!
