One of My Favorite Seasonings! 🔥
I discovered this seasoning during a dinner party at a local high school. The French class was raising funds for a trip to Paris and I wanted to support them. The seasoning was used on roasted potatoes. The flavor was so delicious and unfamiliar I had to ask the chef what it was. After the dinner party, I immediately went to purchase it and it has been a part of my culinary journey since! If you’ve never had it I can describe it as a more savory blend of Italian seasoning with a twist due to the thyme and lavender. It smells amazing when cooking! I use this on meat, veggies, rice, and potatoes. Excellent on home fries with peppers and onions! The price is decent as it will last a long time. However, before the pandemic, I would buy this same size at Price Rite for $6.99. I can no longer find it there so Amazon it is. I’m so glad I found it here!

Perfect!
Herbs De Provence is my go to seasoning. I typically only eat poultry and its also great with veggies and when I make home made stock. Just wish it had sage in the mix. but no worries. Fantastic value for the money.
