This is my third GHD straightener in the last 17 years and for my fine older blonde hair so worth the money - to minimise damage, maximise shine and straightness. Work Quickly and maintains constant temp with plates that glide across the hair and long swivel cord- all the quality I have grown to rely on from GHD. Pros Fast heat-up, ( but auto sleep in 30 min for odd time forget to switch off - audible alert for this too) Smooth glide through the hair Long professional-length cord Lightweight and comfortable to hold Suitable for both straightening and creating curls Cons Premium price but if worked on this per use then a bargain

I've only used on 2 pieces of hair but very impressed. There is no temperature control, which confused me at first for such an expensive hair straightening tool, but I realised there is no need for one. It straightens perfectly and the hair is not hot to the touch at all after passing. For this reason, I know I can use somewhat regularly without fear of damage. Seems it will live up to the hype!

Great hsir drier, it really makes a difference to getting a result as good as going to hairdresser.
