Handy but not exact - AND OFFERED TO PAY ME TO REMOVE THIS REVIEW
I bought this to remove two bolts and I didn't know what size they were. The first came off with ease, but the second would not come off - the wrench spun and started to strip the bolt. I finally figured out what size I needed (10mm) and bought an exact fit and was able to get it off. So... it's handy probably for most things but it's not an exact fit so if you have something tightly screwed on it may not work.Side note, they offered a full refund, which was appreciated. I said it wasn't necessary. Then they offered to pay me directly to take this review down. I can't say how disappointed I am. I've heard this was happening. I've trusted amazon reviews for years to help guide purchases. I'm guessing the reviews will be increasingly meaningless as this new industry of hiring people to take care of bad reviews takes hold.

Took a gamble, and lost (Company bribes to take negative reviews down)
It's one of those things you really hope works for the sake of convenience, but just doesn't. Mine broke literally within seconds. Tried to center on a 1/4" bolt and kept slipping off. Tried on a 1/2" and the prongs wouldn't come back up. Disappointing experience but lesson learned. Just stick with seperate sockets with the right sizing.UPDATE:Company was apologetic and offered a full refund (if I took my review down). While the refund is appreciated, I feel like they should focus more on putting out a quality product. Reviews are what we rely on here and people deserve to know what they're spending their money on.

Broke on the second bolt; not reliable.
Broke on the second bolt. The holes were drill before the bolts went in. Of course it does not cost much but it’s not worth it: had to run to the store to find an alternative while I was paying a worker for sitting and waiting. DO NOT BUY; maybe there’s a similar product on Amazon that is more reliable (can’t be worse than this one).

Useless bit
I thought it would be a cool useful bit but it's the opposite. You need to be perfectly aligned with whatever you wanna screw in because you will either block the screw in it or ruin the wall or whatever you are screwing in... Will only use it in a last resort.
