The only reason i got this was for the handy travel case - well, it didnt come with the case as the picture shows - you will only get a regular tube of neosporin - returning due to misrepresentation UPDATE: i had amazon correct the picture, and the seller was quick to respond with a refund of shipping and product...class acts on both parts - i have donated the item to a local family in need
