I use this along with a couple other Bach Flowers. I put distilled water in a 2 oz dropper bottle and put 4 drops of Vervain and a couple others in the bottle and flick it a few times to mix frequency into the water. it is my go-to whenever I realize I am stressing too much or have given myself a headache from stress ect. Even works well on my husband and dog! just drop a few drops into whatever liquid you or they are drinking, or a dropper of the dropper bottle under the tongue, just chills out the stress without any side effects of any kind. just the intense stress is relieved, not the circumstance neccessarily. helps to cope with lifes challenges.

BACH FLOWERS are amazing things for helping the brain to be balanced. This was for a client. It was a good price with quick shipping so thank you. I would recommend to the shipper to add a bit of tape to the ends of the padding so the bottle stays within it during shipping, which it did not, but it did arrive in tact. I love Bach Flower remedies (over homeopathics). These have an instant response time and burn off quickly enough, where as you must be very very careful with homeopathics, where you can (and likely will) get unwanted side effects. I think most people do not understand, homeopathics ARE 'medicines', though people tend to believe they are natural & harmless (opium & marijuana is 'natural' too!). Bach Flower remedies are perfect for pets, knowing they are not likely experiencing awful side affects (they have no voice to tell you! :'-(. I suggest getting a book on flower remedies so you can see the full gamut of the available types, their benefits, and knowledge of how to use them. They are WONDERFUL, effective and gentle!

I trust in the Bach Remedies and have found these fine, but the labeling is very different from vials I used to buy from Whole Foods. The bottles no longer outline what particular symptom they are supposed to treat - they now just name the flower essence. I had to go online to make sure I really was getting what I thought, and then I wrote that out onto the label so I knew what it was about. I wonder if they got in trouble for labels that were not medically proven to address particular ailments so they had to remove them? I also wondered if this was the reason that Whole Foods is really no longer stocking them?
