This is by far the best sugar substitute I have used. No after taste or bitterness whatsoever. This is my 3rd purchase and will definitely keep ordering more.

This is the cheapest one I bought so far, albeit still very expensive. I would not say it is a 1:1 sugar replacement. It is not as sweet as conventional sugar

This is the first sweetener I have found that has no aftertaste, and also does not create an insulin spike... Awesome when trying to lose weight!

Not as sweet as sugar but good enough to replace it in small quantities. I strongly advise against using it in baked goods that rely on large quantities of sugar, such as cookies. The end product had a fishy quality according to my daughter and a very obvious cool mouth feel.
