Q: Sizing question: trying to order for a women's size 8.5 foot. should i get 7 d (used size conversion chart), 7 b, or is the 8.5 b already in women's?

I'm not really sure, but I wear a 6 1/2 in women's which is a 5 in Vans. Hope this helps a lil

Q: should i buy 7 1/2 or 8? my son wears both sizes.

I would suggest having him go to store to try on both sizes in the same style shoe. They are true to size. My son wears an 8.5 mens, and the style I bought him for Christmas was only available in 9. So I went with the bigger one and he said its about 1/2 inch bigger. If not, you can usually return.

Verify with the size chart wider purchases make sure it’s in US and not UK or refer to each based on your size
