How heavy is the pedal feel vs. stock clutch? Does pushing clutch pedal take noticeably more effort?

My perception was that the clutch felt significantly "tighter" but took only slightly more effort than the stock clutch. I believe the clutch has a much more solid feel during operation.

Is the trow out bearing included? I read in the notes that is not but in the question is said yes. Can you let me know what is and not included. Thank
