Great key. Works very well. I lime the adaptability that lets me replace it using an inexpensive "old school" key instead of having to buy a new tactical key when this one wears out due to repeated use. I work in the court escort section of my local sheriff's office, and apply/remove handcuffs, belly chains, and shackles repeatedly all throughout the day. Having a reliable tactical key is a must. Very impressive. Minor improvement: add a pocket clip so that plainclothes officers or officers assigned to dress trial duty can carry it discretely in a pocket.

They work on my HWC handcuffs.

This is a great tool to have overall, especially when coupled with a retractor making it drop proof (in my opinion). Just be aware this tool is not compatible with the standard Smith & Wesson handcuff keys like I had imagined. The SW keys are much thicker. Either way I recommend it as it comes with 2 of the keys that fit the extender. I’m sure i’ll still get plenty of use out of it before the keys get burned up

It's hard to trust other handcuff key brands. ZAK tools makes the best hands down.

I use this attached to a keybak lanyard on my patrol carrier. Never again will I loose a handcuff key or fall to the floor, it comes right back to the carrier. The other big plus is I can use most cuff keys out there. This is a must have for law enforcement or security. The size is easier to manipulate with gloves on compared to a standalone cuff key.

I lost my first one... don't ask... But got a second, because, my 2 pawl key fits them just like the original keys do... so they work perfectly for me.
