This machine it’s well built, easy to assemble, easy to take apart to fold up and store, I keep mine out and it does take up some space so make sure you have the room for it , the massage pad isn’t very comfortable on the unit so I use it in my chair it does come off and on. I also like that it has extra straps for your ankles to keep you from sliding, but I wear my shoes so they keep me in place as it does keep you in place once you pull the lock lever in place. Yes this is a great investment I have a lot of back issues and I only use this a couple days a week for Two to three minutes and it’s enough to relieve the pain. I would recommend getting this one.

I love that it goes up to 450lbs. Very sturdy and easy to use. Has an extra bolt to stabilize the stand. Overall good materials. The heating and massage pad are pretty weak but I use it anyways. You can adjust with or without heat, automatic protocol or manual if you want to only target the massage on certain body parts. Like only low back, only sacrum,only mid back or only cervical.

If you are like me then your back pain is miserable and you need something to work otherwise you'll go insane.I herniated 2 discs 18 years ago and every few years do something to really annoy the lower back and the sciatica pain comes back. This time it was moving house from one state to another, I really messed up this time.This inversion table helped me get my lower back better but don't think this will do it alone if you have severe sciatica, it will take a combinations of efforts.I took inflammation medication from the doctor, 1 to 1.5 hours a day of sciatica back stretching, core exercises and 15-20 mins per day of this inversion table.It took me 3 weeks of that regimen every single day, without fail.The inversion table is solidly built, easy to put together and it works!I could not give it 5 stars as the ankle/shin pad is extremely uncomfortable and I have to wrap my shins with a towel before clamping the bar to your shin area. If they can master a more comfortable leg brace then it would be perfect.

I am only but a hundred and 20 lb and my son that uses this as well is 250 lb. This inversion table has definitely exceeded my expectations, extremely sturdy this will definitely be around for years to come and can still pass it around to other family members later if needed. It is pretty heavy, take two people to lift and carry to move it. Although, I'm able to slide it around with no problem, should remember I'm only a hundred and twenty pounds oh, I wouldn't dare lift this thing by myself but I could slide it around easily if I needed to move it somewhere else in the house. I would definitely recommend this did anyone in need of back and neck relief I love the Heat and the massage it gives me while laying on the table that allows me to invert at any angle as needed. I had a paid someone to come and have Assembled. He did a truly awesome job he himself was pretty impressed at this item he had put together he said this was the third one he actually had put together but he found it to be one of the best ones and sturdy he was truly impressed himself he actually was thinking of getting one himself. The guy who I paid to come in a symbol was very pleasant truly awesome timely manner and very professional. I highly recommend if anyone needs their items assembled that it is definitely safe I've had a great experience with all of this thank you.

This is the best couple-hundred bucks I have EVER spent.I've been carrying DD breasts around for more than 30 years, which has taken its toll on my lower back. Too, I am a computer geek by trade and by hobby, so I spend a lot of time sitting. The stretch I get from this inversion table is perfect.It took about 20-25 minutes to put together alone, and I use it at least once a day - sometimes several times per day. It's very comfortable, and, provided the height adjustment is correct, incredibly easy to move from upright to lowered and back again. There are four settings - the first is a barely noticeable decline at 20 degrees. 40 degrees is more noticeable, and I usually hang out at 60 degrees. 60 seems to be the sweet spot for giving my heart enough wiggle room to keep things from pooling entirely in my head - if I go full vertical, I can only hang for a few minutes before I start feeling a bit too clogged in the face.The device is sturdy and the ankle holds are comfortable. I don't use the pad on the machine itself - it creates a bump on my spine I don't care for. However, I *do* use it as a heated massage pad when working in my office chair sometimes. All in all, just a fantastic product, worth every penny.

I would’ve gave it five stars, but the mechanism that holds the ankles in place the cushions aren’t wide enough, and the bar that secures I wish it were more like the Tetter brand. Where as you; Could just pull the bar without having to raise a handle that is spring loaded.What I do really like is that you can change your angle of inversion without having to get off the table. It is comfortable, and sturdy.

At 6'1" 260 lbs with bad sciatic nerve pain , i no longer have any pain, at least for now, this machine defintely helps streching out and being a big guy i was surprised to find how sturdy this machine is.It also holds me comfortably without any fear or pain on my ankles. It took about 20 minutes to put together and well worth every penny. I hope this helps as i know i was looking at all different brands im happy i chose this one.
