The media could not be loaded. Brought this to use for my clients , last min , as my other one broke and I had a booking . It came quickly on Amazon prime .

Great for relaxing muscles under spasm or with bad back problems .
Terrific for doing the neck, shoulders ,back and legs . It stimulates the blood flow and leaves you feeling less tense and tight after using it . It has taken over one I was given years ago for my back which broke .My only concern is how thin the string is between the wooden beads...... so how long it will last I know not ?! But considering buying another if this one breaks as I need it for a permanent back problem.

Don’t get this if you won’t be consistent!! It works
It’s really good I just need to be consistent for a bigger person I weigh 118kg I just wish it was abit longer for me to be doing it on my own but other then that it’s good ,
