I have always struggled with sensitive skin prone to break outs. Also, since I have very yellow undertones I have struggled to find a good hue foundation. This product is really good for my skin; I seem to have no problems with break outs while using this and also it seems to improve the texture of my skin.The only thing I don't love about it is that its easy to make a bit of a mess when applying it; getting powder on my clothes, wash basin, table or whatever is around. But that's my fault, not the product's ;)

The original foundation in golden fair is a perfect match for my skin tone but in the summer it's just too dewy looking for me. I decided to order the matte version and to my surprise, the shade is different than the original. It is a little darker and more olive gold than yellow. Looks more like the light 08 in original. I can still wear it but definitely will be too dark in the fall / winter when I'm not in the sun as much. Disappointed. However, it is sheer to buildable medium coverage just like the original. The finish is matte and looks like skin if you buff it in well and spray / mist with a setting spray so I give it 4 stars, one star because the shade is not the same as the other golden fair.

I have a complex complexion. I have yellow/gold/brown and pink hues. This color was perfect for my summer skin tone. If you are like me, I get lighter in winter months and darker any other time. This covered my blemish scars and matched my undertones and overall color. It is a matte finish so NO shiny spots halfway through the day. It also handles well with sweat.
