A great collection of 300 plant and flower embroidery motifs. Review: Great Book! - I love this book on several levels. It's divided in to chapters for separate subject matters. The pictures of the embroidered flowers look very professional and are fun to just look at! I love that one section has the flowers, one section has the outline of each flower along with the colors used to create it, and yet another section devoted to giving the DMC corresponding number for the Olympus floss used to create the flowers. A great deal of thought was given to planning out how to present this book, obviously; it shows. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a book to gain inspiration from. I love to create my own samplers but can't draw at all, so anything created in my head will stay in my head, for the most part. At 73, my head is already very crowded, so it's nice to have a way to get this stuff out of my head and on to linen! I will now be able create a sampler using various flowers printed on transfer paper and then ironed on to linen. Thank you...this book is exactly what I've been looking for! Great Book!
