So far. so good. These tools have been very useful for the taking apart pieces of jewelry for other purposes. One plier does not come to a point as it should but seems to be missing a small part of the near end of the plier that would account for this problem. The wire cutters work well up to a point, when I needed to borrow a heavy pair, not very adaptable to jewelry, but served the purpose. I have another tool meant for a different purpose I used to file down a few sharp points. It has all been successful. This set is not premium but a good set for beginners like me.

UPDATE: customer service reached out to me after my initial review to apologize for the faulty items and made a note to QC. Can’t ask for better customer service. Guess I will purchase again after all. Thank you. Wire cutters are garbage. The cutting edge had steel left on it from the mold and does not cut anything. Same for the smooth needle nose pliers which I can actually use after rasping off the rough steel left on the edges from the mold. Next time I will invest in better quality.

This was a low cost set of pliers and I think the value is good. You get several styles and they work well although the snips don't seem very sharp to me. Could be what I've used them on though. But again, I looked for low cost tools so I feel the cost justifies the quality and everything worked just fine. I dont need heavy duty. My only not so positive feedback is that the rubber coating on the handles feels sticky on mine and I don't like that feeling. But that will likely wear off with use. The tweezers and rounded pliers that came in my set do work very well though. I've used them several times now and no complaints.

The tools were bought to make jewelry, but they can be used for many small things. They are comfortable in the hand, come with 5 different types of pliers, they are not stiff and move smoothly and they are durable. They are spring open. That’s can be a positive or a negative. When holding something, you can accidentally ease your grip and drop your piece. They are easy to open because of the spring.

This pack contains all you need to start jewelry projects. I purchased this as a gift for a friend who took a class and needed the tools to get started....one stop for flat nose, snippers, round nose, and bent. The bonus jump ring finger tool included is new to me but looks like it might be handy for my friend to open the rings.

What you see is what you get. Perfect for my hearing aid upplies and minor repairs. Well made and very pleased. Fast shipping.

These tools are not that great. The cutting tool is dull. I might get another set from another company.
