Pretty sure I could make up some concoction that would equal this. That being said, it’s a pleasant smell for us human folk. I guess not so much for rodent inhabitants. Still…. a line of defense is better than none at all.

Sprayed this around the house to keep rodents away can say that I’ve seen any since but the peppermint smell didn’t last long

It says it's safe around the home with children and pets BUT when you read the bottle it says just the opposite. Which is it? Is marketing it as safe for people and pets a business of propaganda because if it is and any one has adverse reactions there will be a fraud suit brought against the company quicker than you can blink.

I sprayed all around home. The groundhog didn't like it. Still here digging another hole. I will spray more.

Have to find a way to spray this since it did not come with the sprayer cap as described. Very disappointed.

We had tried so many ways to keep them out of garage, after they destroyed 3 washers. They had gotten in Our Walls, bit ONE ( MANY) AND CAUSED A LEAK IN PIPING. NOW, THIS LAST WEEK , HAVEN'T SEEN OR HEARD ANYTHING! BOY! DO I HOPE THEIR GONE! FOR KEEPS!

So far this stuff seems to be working. I am hoping it continues to work when really cold weathers cones….No activity at all
