I am loving this tool not only for it's ability to help reduced muscle soreness and pain after a hard work out but also for its usefulness in lymphatic drainage. The four speeds are what provide this ability to use it in multiple ways. the ball shape also gives you the ability to target very specific areas such as the base of your spine or the bottom of your feet. The third speed position has a wave like vibration pattern that is very soothing It is a durable tool and easy to use at a fair price compared to other tools!

The Agility Ball has been great! Working a desk job, sometimes walking around and stretching isn't enough. The Agility Ball has helped me relieve those tight knotted areas on my back and legs when I need it. I now bring it along with me at work and fire it up on my breaks.

I purchased this massage ball after a YouTube channel recommended it for lymph drainage. It's easy to charge with the USB charging cord provided but you need to have the plug adaptor which is not provided. The charge lasts a long time...several days with daily use. The power button allows you to shift to 4 different settings with vibration levels that are just right...not too intense but just enough to create movement in the tissues and to relax the muscles. It's pretty quiet on the lowest setting but you can hear some vibration on the higher 3 settings. The 1st setting offers mild vibration, 2nd setting moderate vibration, 3rd setting fluctuates from low to intense vibration and 4th setting is continuous high vibration. I've used this to release tension in the jaw and neck and have also used it on lymph drainage points and think it's made a difference. It's about 3 1/2 inches in diameter and weighs just over 10 oz making it small enough to take with you wherever you go. I'm really thankful I found this little tool and have found it beneficial for relaxation and swelling.

works great - although the older version without the odd bumps sticking out is much better. i rely on it and have given several as gifts.customer support, however, is terrible. i lost my charging cord and needed to order a replacement. very hard to reach them, then hours of back and forth over 5 days. they can't get me one and are unwilling to get the specs of the transformer wall wart so i can order a 3rd party cord. i finally gave up and ordered a new peanut just to get the cord.edit: they did eventually send a charging cord, which then had the specs on it. and they offered a refund on this peanut. so they are certainly friendly, generous and well-intentioned. so i have revised my rating upwards
