Best Jump Rope I've ever used!
I've used this product for two days now, incorporating both the 1lb and 2lb ropes into my at-home HIIT work out. The weighted ropes have definitely increased the intensity of my workouts and activating my core and shoulders significantly more than a regular handle-weighted rope. 10/10 would recommend this product to anyone who is looking to build strength and endurance.
