Waterdrop 10UA-UF 0.01 μm Ultra Filtration Under Sink Water Filter System

Excellent filtration and remove most impurities for health benefits and taste. I hooked this one under my bathroom sink. It's the perfect size, and the installation was easy for me—nothing extra to purchase.

Update (June 2025) It has been eight months, and the water flow has decreased considerably from 100% to 25%, despite its advertised two-year filtration capacity. Water flow is a significant factor. While it may be affected by Oklahoma City's water quality, I still find it worthwhile because it provides fresh water for drinking, cooking, washing dishes, and hands. Therefore, paying $5–$10 per month, depending on the filter's lifespan, remains a reasonable cost. Old review (Feb 2025) First of all I want to share that I live in Oklahoma city urban area to give a more specific views on the quality of water here. It has been 4 months since I installed the Waterdrop under sink water filter to improve the taste and quality of my tap water. Here's my experience with the installation, performance, and overall value of this system. Water Taste and Clarity: The filtered water tastes significantly better than my tap water, no smells. It's clear and the chlorine taste/odor/sediment has been greatly eliminated. Flow Rate: The water flow rate is good (reasonably slower than before installation) Filter Lifespan: I've been using the filter for 4 months and it's still performing well with no reduced flow rate compared to 4 months ago.

It's been 3 months. It works well, was easy to install, and doesn't leak. It knocked my cold water flow in half, but it seems like all of these filters do that. Takes twice as long to fill a pot of water, but the water is clean and that's what i care about. Our well water is bad news, and this cleaned it right up.

Really easy to install and about what you'd expect from a lower cost filter. Chlorine taste is gone mostly, but the water still doesn't taste as fresh as I'd prefer. I can't really blame water drop though because our city water is REALLY foul fasting. At least its drinkable now and with ice its pretty decent!

This is the second Waterdrop under sink filter I have installed in the last week. I picked one up on Amazon to replace a leaking under sink filter for my in-laws last week and I liked it so much I bought one for my own house. We already have a basic whole house filter but I wanted the .01 micron ultrafiltration on the kitchen sink that we use for cooking and drinking. Super easy install. The product comes with an installation kit which includes supply lines with quick connects to the filter and 3/8 male and female compression fittings for the supply valve and faucet. The kit has some extra adapters and Teflon tape. I did not need any of the extras. The product is packaged very well and does come with instructions. You don't really need the instructions though. The instructions for the filter timer that mounts on top of the filter housing are on a separate self-adhesive label which you could attach to the inside of your sink cabinet or door. It explains the function of the single button on top of the filter. And apparently you will get a red blinking light and an audible reminder when the filter reaches the end of life. There is also an app which tracks the filter by serial number and can remind you when it's time to change the filter. Especially nice that it will track multiple filters. Changing the filter in the future is as simple as turning off the water supply, release the water pressure at the faucet, spin the filter one quarter turn to the left. Reverse the procedure for installation. Overall a great product and simple installation.

The filter works well and was exactly as described. Katrina at Waterdrop customer service was extremely good to work with when I discovered my sink had smaller fittings than normal.

I have been using Brita pitcher and filters and wanted a more convenient filtration system that doesn't require frequent filter changes and is easy to install. I bought this system because it seems to include everything that I want and not too big or expensive. Unfortunately, my water outlet has a smaller diameter (1/4") than the one provided (3/8"). So I emailed their customer service to see if they can provide me an adaptor. They responded me within 24 hours and provided me with a link to purchase the part from Amazon and offered to refund me the cost for the adaptor. Sadly, the adaptor did not fit but I was able to find one on Amazon that does. I sent them the pictures and they refunded me as promised. I am really impress with their customer services. The filter system seems to work very well so far with great water pressure and the dedicated faucet looks really nice. Water also tastes better than before.

I just moved and my place place has pretty poor water quality, my water lines have significant amount of iron / rust in the hot lines, and there was a slight musty flavor to the water. It's a new building so they are still flushing out the lines. I didn't feel like buying Brita filters all the time, I also already have a hole cut out in my counter top for a soap dispenser, so I bought this to install into my counter top. Install was easy and simple, all the hookups were clear and easy to understand. Installed in 10 mins and tested there was no leaks. They even included a mini roll of teflon tape (but more than you ever need for this install), a thoughtful gesture. The countertop dispenser felt like good quality, pretty heavy, and the spout is made out of metal. All the connectors looked like they were well made. You get more than enough feed line, so you need to cut to fit if you don't need it all. If you are cutting, make sure to leave a clean vertical cut (ideally with a utility knife, and not a pair of scissors), so you don't have issues with leaks later. So I had access to a HP Liquid Chromatography machine, so I had my water tested prior and post filtration. Was careful to make sure my samples were jot contaminated. The filter made a pretty dramatic difference on a number of metrics. Pre-filter iron was 33 PPB or 0.03 mg/l, post filter it went down to 0.3 PPB or 0.0003 mg/l. Pre-filter Copper was 143 PPB, post it went down to 2.9ppb Took the nasty musty odor / taste out, and made the water pleasant to drink. This filter will not filter out dissolved solids, like calcium and sodium. My water had very high levels of both (55,000 ppb of sodium and 26,000 ppb of calcium, it's within municipal standards, but makes my water taste slightly salty), neither metric changed outside of the normal margin of error from the HPLC machine. So if you are looking to soften your water this isn't what you are looking for, you need a reverse osmosis filter for that, but RO filters also filter out good minerals so you lose out on those. Overall very satisfied with this, and highly recommended.

Working very well so far and longevity of system seems to be longer than six months. Water supply where I live is foul tasting and this really does improve the taste and clarity for drinking/ cooking water. Recommended if you live in area with hard water. Fitting was easy and no leaks from system or tap so far.

Ho installato il Waterdrop 10UB-UF sotto il lavandino della cucina e devo dire che ha davvero cambiato il modo in cui utilizzo l’acqua a casa. La prima cosa che ho notato è stata la miglior qualità dell’acqua filtrata: il sapore è più pulito, senza quell’odore o gusto di cloro che spesso si sente nell’acqua di rubinetto. Perfetta da bere così com’è, ma anche ottima per cucinare, preparare tè o caffè. Il flusso è costante e adeguato, e la filtrazione ultra fine a 0,01 μm mi dà fiducia che anche piccole particelle indesiderate vengano trattenute. La manutenzione è semplice: il filtro dura fino a 11.000 galloni, quindi non devo preoccuparmi di sostituirlo spesso. L’installazione sotto il lavandino è stata piuttosto agevole, e il sistema resta discreto, senza occupare troppo spazio. Un piccolo dettaglio da considerare: serve un po’ di spazio sotto il lavello e un collegamento all’acqua fredda, ma niente di complicato. La differenza quotidiana si sente soprattutto quando bevo direttamente dal rubinetto o cucino per la famiglia: l’acqua ha un gusto più fresco e naturale. Ich hatte die Filteranlage anhand der Montage Anleitung rasch installiert. Arbeitet soweit gut, Durchflussmenge ist gut...nur bekomme ich den Adapter am Kaltwasseranschluss nicht dicht. Habe Bier in den Rezensionen gelesen, dass ich damit nicht alleine stehe und habe nun bei der mitgelieferten Serviceadresse per Email mit Videodokumentation reklamiert. Hoffe auf rasche Rückmeldung und Behebung. Werde berichten, wie erfolgreich ich war Aktualisierung: Nach dem Austausch lief die Filteranlage perfekt. Mittlerweile haben mindestens 6 Freunde dasselbe Produkt gekauft und sind ebenfalls begeistert. Sogar das Leitungswasser in Südengland sei wieder trinkbar und habe keinen Chlorgeschmack mehr. Ich kann den Wasserfilter nur weiterempfehlen 👍
