Received it today. The child lock safety feature is good. Lid quality is ok. Overall a wonderful product. Will review again after few days of usage.

I have purchased feather touch mixer grinder from youtube,This mixer grinder quality is chip.within 6 months its upper rotating plastic body get broken while mixing. that plastic rotating shaft is really cheap.And its speed is too high that all material comes outer.We really get scared while mixing it .its too noisy.its really money wasting product.i want this product return and refund of money.Due scare of it we do not use it more.but today when my mother try to make bhuna masala it gets broken.Please give better service to your customer.before launching such product please test it properly or else after no one will trust on your brand next time.I have call your service centers but your they are acting rude to me and also saying like Im in live and we don't receive any complaints and all stuff.I don't want any service and just want this product return.such a useless product that I have used it as less because its speed is too scary to handle. And all the material comes out.and you 2 yaers of warranty and this product jusy got damage within 5 months.i want my money back.

We really liked it. For making chutney's I would recommend using 1L jar for a family with more than 3 persons. 500 mL Jar is good for the dry stuff (masala's e.t.c.). If you are using a 500mL jar for wet grinding, make sure that you don't exceed 200 mL (it would be a mess if you use more than that :P). we didn't try the juicer and have no complaints with the touch panel/motor.Tips:1. If you are grinding urad dal or soaked rice or any other cereals/pulses, please turn off the "mains switch" after every cycle.2. If you think your grinder is heating up too fast, turn off the mains switch immediately, and wait for 5-10 minutes to continue your grinding.Conclusion:This mixer/grinder is definitely a powerful one and does its job efficiently. However, using it for extended periods/time makes me feel that this product won't last long. So, please use it with good care, and hopefully, it lasts long.Happy shopping & Good luck

In small jar rubber ring is missing

It's jars top cover washer is not good enough, everytime leakage comes out from the lid,also it is not made out of rubber metirial, it is plastic one.

This s one of the worst product I have ever brought... Within 2 weeks jars edge were broken n not able to close the lid .. now the entire product is useless

its so powerfull to shart tha whole set stats shaking sometimes the material inside tha jar comes out dhek after tha led is closed properly.
