A best bang for buck starter kit
ZWILLING Twin Pollux 7- Piece This is a really superb starter kit that has everything you need to set yourself up with very decent knives. Most used knife is hands down chefs knife and followed by a useful paring knife. This set has them both. The handles are well balanced and easy to grip. The knives' spine is slim, allowing for accurate and versatile slicing. Most importantly, it's built with high quality steel giving you long lasting sharp edges for the cook session. My only wish is if the butcher block knife holder were larger and had room for more knives for future expansion because surely with time you may accumulate more specialty knives along the way.

Lightweight and excellent quality!
Hike I like heavier knives, my wife prefers lighter knives. I have been a Henckels fan for more years than I care to remember, we needed a set of kitchen knives so there was only one option! I ordered this set and although they are too lightweight for my tastes, my wife loves then. I do keep my heavy Henckels chef knife handy in a drawer when my wife asks me to help with the cooking.

Ich habe vor dem Kauf bei Zwilling.com die unterschiedlichen Vorteile der einzelnen Serien und die Preise auf den gängigen Plattformen verglichen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut, die Messer sind ja auch als langfristige Investition gedacht. Die Messer sind für einen Hobbykoch mit Kocherfahrung bestens geeignet, aber auch Kochanfänger werden ihre helle Freude daran haben. Die Ausstattung reicht, mehr Messer als diese 5 benutze ich nicht mehr. Sie sind lange scharf, der mitgelieferte "Schleifer" funkioniert super. Die Messer liegen gut in der Hand, sind leicht zu säubern und sind bis jetzt, nach 5 monatiger Nutzung, ohne Gebrauchs -oder Abnutzungsspuren. Kein Verfärben der Klinge, nichts. Der Block ist optisch schön und erfüllt seinen Zweck. Ich würde den Block jedezeit wieder kaufen. Die Zwillingsschere ist nicht zwangsläufig notwendig, habe eine handesübliche Schere im Block gegänzt.

Tras usar este tipo de cuchillos en la cocina, no se querrá usar otro más. Afilados, precisos, ligeros y muy cómodos en mano.
