Super versatile
I bought 2, both different sizes for different children and sized up with both. They are a little big so think they must be fairly true to size. They have been used so much as the kids love them. So lightweight and warm, perfect for our woodland walks. They wash really well too. Will definitely buy again!

Good quality simple brand - recomennded
I have bought this so that the little one will have better insolation than what his North Face jacket currently provides. it's around 1-2 degrees lately in London, and his coat is not enough when he is going out to the garden or on his scooter. Initially, was looking initially at North Face and Columbia, but for essentially the same jacket, they cost between £25-£35.Regatta is a good brand, the quality of the jacket is fairly solid, and while I concede this isn't at the top of the fashionable jackets list, I have yet to see a fleece jacket which isn't misshapen at some way - which gives an "older" look. However, for the purpose of better insolating for winter - this passes with flying colours. The reason I took off one star is that some fleece jackets I've seen had a hole for the thumb, which is something very helpful. Also, I can't say yet how sustainable this is, as we only now got this and while comparing it to my adult Columbia fleece, it is thinner. The bottom line is that if u need a fleece jacket for a child, this is a very good choice. Not a big brand, but won't cost you too much. recommended . See pictures for fir. I bought size 5-6 which is perfect for a smaller built child of these ages.
