I’m a long term user. It is so worth the money. The capsules aren’t huge. And I personally had saw results very quickly. It makes you feel more calm and present but awake and focused.

Super You has always been a great product for me. I notice the effects immediately. I can tell im a bit calmer throughout the day. Im a licensed clinical mental health therapist in private practice. So doing paperwork and seeing clients all day can be a lot some days. This helps.

It works for me
I have had both high and low corisol levels and have been prone to emotional eating all my life. I had tried a sample of super you in the past but didn’t notice any difference. I happened to get some in a travel pack and was expecting to have a very stressful week so I figured it could not hurt to try it again this time for several days. No noticeable difference the first couple of days but by the end of the week I realized that I wasn’t as stressed as I typically would be. Another great side effect is I was eating less overall. Eliminated cravings and was more mindful about fullness when eating. I have been taking Super You consistently for 3 weeks. I have not weighed myself but my clothes are fitting better.

Helpful for stress management
I’ve been using the Super you for a while now and it seems to work well for energy , motivation and combined with my over 50 years multi vitamin I can definitely tell a difference in my overall wellbeing
