Unreliable for windows connection. Get the real Microsoft WiDi dongle instead.
The android connection works, That's about it.The windows connection is totally unreliable and not straightforward to use unlike the real microsoft widi dongle.It's cheaper but you get what you pay for.Don't get swayed into buying this by the positive reviews that you read because plenty of them are reviews written in exchange of a free or discounted product.

It will not hold the cast on android devices...
It will not hold the cast on android devices. I have to keep going back to my cast(android)screen every five minutes to restart it. Only once did it work for more then 10 minutes. Maybe it is different for I Pad or MAC. But it is really Wonky on android.

Just a bad product.
This is honestly just a bad product, its over complicated and wasn't well thought out. First of all you need usb power but the cord is only about 1.5' long so if you have a tv mounted on a wall your out of luck without an extender. My second and biggest problem with this is how over complicated, idk what widi is but i can see why it never caught on. Just give me the option to connect my Bluetooth devices to a Bluetooth dongle, this is getting returned asap.

This device doesn't work with windows 10
Has been absolutely impossible to project to my TV. I set the configuration as the manual says, but when I press "conect", the device instead to project on the tv, just restarts; I do connect again... and the mirascreen restarts again. Its absolutelly impossibly to share my computer screen. Do not waste your time and money.

No Stars!
Got a setup screen with an alert to plug it into a power source (it was!), my devices detected it, the dongle got hot, nothing else. Save your money. This thing is junk.

Need support to help with errors...
Not working so well tried to update firmware but having issues. Says Codec error and won't play video. Might be returning.

Beautifully easy
Excellent device...great for presentations and less labor intensive that Apple TV if you need to do basic screen mirroring.
