11 x 17 Bank - Cushion Table Shuffleboard Rules & Regulation Poster

This poster and the rules and regulations it contains does not address the most contentious item we run into when playing bank shuffle board, and for which I am still seeking clarification, namely how to correctly score weights that- are in the five spot but hanging off the side edge,- are hanging off both the side edge and the lead edge,- are hanging off the lead edge only.There are a lot of different theories on how to score this and very opinionated people professing them. Frankly, I don't care how it is scored, as long there is a definitive rule to which one can default. Zieglerworld's rules neither help interpret nor clarify this issue..At the very least it could have stated "house rules apply"
