Can this be used a strap on? Could a toy fit through the O-ring? :D

Yes to the first part, and if the toy in question is very small, the perhaps it would fit through the O ring.

Will this fit a wide I knee? Thanks

Yes, I think it will, the straps are long enough. It should fit a wider knee but probably not too wide. One should measure their knee and compare with product description. Regards

How is the quality and the material is good?

Product was purchased for another member of the family and appears to be doing the job it was intended for. The quality of the product is very good and so is the material from which it is made. Would recommend.

Is this good for runners knee?

I’ve no idea if it’s good for running but I use mine for cycling/gym/ spin classes and it helps a lot. Comfortable and supportive. Hope this helps.
