This is a great product to help with stuffed sinuses. I have used this for years. It was recommended to me by my massage therapist and her father who was a dentist. And it does not make you drowsy or hyper.

I order these every time my sinuses act up. I always use as directed for full regime. Works beautifully with no side effects or agitation.

I first was prescribed Sinupret by a retired US Army doctor in Germany. I found it to be very effective in keeping my sinuses and chest clear. When I have a serious upper respiratory complaint, I take one tablet 3 times daily for about 5 days. Once the congestion subsides and my sinuses are clear again, I cut back to one tablet twice a day. When I am completely clear, I can cut back to one tablet once a day for a maintenance dose to combat my allergies. The good thing which the doctor pointed out to me is that this medicine does not affect the heart unlike many other allergy medicines. It is not particularly fast-acting but it is very effective if taken as described above. I am thrilled to find Sinupret available from Amazon in the USA.
